TalentSwype provides recruitment and talent acquisition services, including but not limited to:
Candidate sourcing and screening
Job placement services
HR consultancy
Career counseling and guidance
Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and use of our services.
Users shall not:
Use our services for any illegal purpose
Misrepresent their identity or qualifications
Interfere with or disrupt our services
Share login credentials with third parties
Clients must provide accurate job descriptions, requirements, and compensation details.
Clients agree to pay fees as per the agreed service agreement within the stipulated timeframe.
Clients must treat all candidates referred by TalentSwype professionally and in compliance with applicable employment laws.
Fees for services will be communicated in writing through service agreements or proposals.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements.
Late payments may incur interest charges or result in suspension of services.
All content, materials, and intellectual property provided by TalentSwype remain the property of TalentSwype unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information shared during the course of service delivery.
TalentSwype shall not be liable for decisions made by clients regarding candidate selection, actions or performance of placed candidates after employment, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
While we strive for excellent service delivery, TalentSwype does not guarantee specific placement outcomes or timelines, candidate acceptance of job offers, or long-term retention of placed candidates.
Replacement terms for candidates who leave within a specified period will be detailed in individual service agreements.
Either party may terminate services with written notice as specified in the service agreement.
TalentSwype reserves the right to terminate services immediately in case of breach of terms or illegal activities.
We collect and process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.
TalentSwype reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.
These terms shall be governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Pune courts.
